- Implemented Teams for instant messaging with field and back-office staff facilitating secure patient information
exchange; and deployed telehealth with Microsoft Teams, saving the company $1.5MM
- Created formal architecture intake process to facilitate company-wide collaboration on new projects
- Spearheaded pandemic response for critical business continuity, providing platforms to collect employee exposure
data and produce automatic messaging via chat bots for clinicians and patients within 6 weeks of COVID-19
